In order to be able to offer our various products and services customer-oriented and appropiately to you, are we like many other enterprises, in need that we are allowed to process and to use the data of our customers.
Which datas do we store?
We raise, process and use personal data of our customers, who are necessary for the change and completion of the orders. This happens within the framework given by the legal regulations of the Teledienstedatenschutzgesetzes (TDDSG) and the Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes (BDSG) of the Federal Republic of Germany. This includes e.g. Name, address, email address and call number (if indicated) of the customer.
We reserve ourselves the right, to store customised data for processing and for use in our customer data base. The moreover we reserve ourselves the right to pass over these data, if necessary to third parties for the evaluation in statistics, we also use the existing E-Mail address in our Newsletter which we send regularly to all our customers, if the customer does not refuse this expressly in writing (also by E-Mail).
The data necessary for the completition of the purchase are stored in the context of the order. All personal data are treated confidentially and will be not sold to third parties.
How long do we save your datas?
We raise, store and process the order datas after § 28 BDSG of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Beyond that we use personal data in no case for the production of trend analyses and statistics.
Our Newsletter
Only customers, who register their email address in our Newsletter, receive the Newsletter.. If you not want to receive our Newsletter any longer or not order this, then you can sign out yourselve in our Shop from our Newsletter, to do so you put in your email adress in the newsletter field and click on Sign in, on the next Site you can choose Sign out and then you click on Send. You can Sign in yourselve at any time again to our Newsletter.
Right of access to personal data
You have at any time the possibility, to receive informations if we stored any personal data from you and if yes which datas we have stored from you and for which purposes we have used them. If it should turn out that we stored wrong data over you (e.g. because these have changed) we will immediately correct and/or delete these datas.
