The contracting party has the right to recall his or her contract within of 1 month, without any indication of reasons in text form (e.g. Letter, fax, E-Mail) or by the return of the item. The period begins earliest with receipt of this instruction, but not before the day of delivery. It is enough to send the revocation (or the item) in the legal period of time. Revocation sequences

In case of an effective revocation both sides have to refund received achievements and if applicable also any benefits (e.g. interest). If the contracting party cannot refund us the received achievement totally or partial or only in worse condition, he or she must give us compensation for our loss. This does not apply if the degradation of the item results from the examination - as it would have been possible in any Shop. The Customer can also prevent the compensation for loss, if he or she does not use the item like an owner and does not do anything which decreases the value of the item. The contracting party has to carry the costs of the return, if the delivered item corresponds to the ordered item and if the value of the item is not above an amount of 40,- Euro. The return is free of charges if the item was payed totally or partial in forward, otherwise the costs of return must also be paid by the contracting party. Items which are not transportable have to come back to us from your home, transported by us. Furthermore we would like to point out that Design4Stars refunds just the actual value of the item and not any other charges like postage, PayPal fees or other things you may have paid.
